• Having GATE qualified in Engineering.
• Desirable: – Having knowledge of Bengali/ Kokborok.

TREDA Recruitment 2023 Vacancy details :-

TREDA Tripura Recruitment 2023 Age limit :-

• For Junior Engineer Maximum 42 years for UR Candidates. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5
  (five) years in case of SC/ST candidates, etc.
• For Assistant Project Officer 42 years for UR Candidates. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 (five) years in case of SC/ST candidates, etc.

Application Fee :-

• No fee for all candidates.

Selection Process :-

• The post of Junior Engineer will be fiiled-up based on valid GATE Score of the applicants in order of merit against vacancies and subsequent Selection Test.
• In case of any tie between/among two or more candidates with reference to Valid GATE score of different years, merit list will be prepared based on their marks obtained in Engineering as’ second criteria candidate(s) obtained higher percentage of marks/CGPA in
  Engineering will be placed in higher position in the merit list. Even then there exists any tie between/among two or more candidates, merit list will be prepared based on their marks obtained in 12th standard examination as third criteria; candidate(s) obtained higher percentage of marks in 12ft standard examination will be placed in higher position in the merit list. Even if there exists any tie between/ among two or more candidates, the age will be considered as fourth criteria.Candidates having higher age will be placed in higher position in the merit list.

• The post of Assistant Project Officer will be appointed on contract directly based on CGPA & Inter-view. The evaluation of marks will be as follows :-

CGPA – 85%

Interview-15%/Total-100%

The highest CGPA secured in B.Tech/B.E Degree Course by the candidates will be given full 85% marks & pro-rata reduction will take place for corresponding other candidates based on their CGPA. 15% marks will be given based on performance of interview which includes physical fitness,experience etc.

Candidate having Degree in Civil/Electricall Mechanical/ Electronics/Computer Science Engineering from the recognised University or Institution approved by AICTE with minimum 60% marks (5% marks is relaxable for ST/SC candidates) with knowledge in Computer Application are eligible for interview.
