Applications are invited from eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as per the provisions of Article 5 & 6 of the Indian Constitution. Candidates are required to use the standard application form published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX and attach self-attested copies of all supporting documents, including age, education qualifications, caste, and any relevant experience, along with a recent passport-sized photograph and signature, for the following positions within the Office of the CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE CHARAIDEO RECRUITMENT 2023.

How to Apply:
- Eligible candidates must complete the standard application form from Assam Gazette Part-IX, filling all fields in block letters using a black/blue ballpoint pen only.
- Affix one recent passport-sized color photograph in the designated space.
- Place your signature in the specified location.
- Write your phone number on the top of the Standard Form in red ink, along with your category (OBC/MOBC/EWS/SC/UR).
- Enclose one self-addressed envelope (5 cm x 11 cm) with a postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (five) only.
- All documents submitted with the application must be self-attested.
- Neatly write your application in block letters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Peon: Minimum Class VIII pass; candidates with HSSLC (Class XII) or higher qualifications are ineligible. Suppression of the highest educational qualification will lead to legal consequences.
- Chowkidar: Same as above.
Terms & Conditions:
- Submit the filled “Application Form,” along with age certificate, educational qualifications, caste certificate, and an up-to-date Employment registration certificate, in the designated “Drop Box” for Peon or Chowkidar at the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Charaideo, Sonari, Pin Code-785690, Assam. Applications by post/courier will only be accepted in the drop box.
- Original testimonials may be required at subsequent stages.
- Experience certificates, if any, should be attached.
- Applications in any other format will be summarily rejected.
- Applications must be received by 10.10.2023 during office hours; no late applications will be entertained.
- Age limits are 18 to 40 years, with relaxations for certain categories.
- Separate applications are required for each post.
- Government employees must follow proper channels and provide a No Objection Certificate.
- Inclusion in the candidate list does not guarantee appointment.
- No TA/DA for the Viva-Voce/interview.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected without explanation.
