DMC Recruitment 2023 Short Information :-

Minimum age 18 Years

Maximum age 40 years

DMC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria :-

• Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
• Experience Needed:-
• i) Candidates must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 7 years.
  ii)Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted.
• iii) Previous experience, if any, as Public Prosecutor, Addl. Public Prosecutor or Asst. Public Prosecutor.

• Candidates must have a Degree in Law of a recognized University and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Tripura.
• Experience Needed:-
• i)Candidates must have experience in practicing on the criminal side as an Advocate for not less than 3 years.
  ii)Judgment of at least 03 cases in which the applicant has appeared and conducted. iii) Previous experience, if any, as Prosecutor.

Age Limit :-

• Minimum age 18 Years And Maximum age 40 years.
• Age Relaxation As per government rules.

How to Apply DMC Recruitment 2023 :-

• The candidate must submit ink signed original application by 5.30 p.m of 9th June, 2023 as per format given below along with one attested copy of documents addressed to the undersigned. No application will be received after 5.30 p.m of 9th June, 2023.
• The candidate should also produce original documents at the time of interview before the selection committee.
• Incomplete application in any form or defective & containing incorrect statements or suppression of facts will summarily be rejected.
• The date, venue and time of interview will be intimated later on.
• The Chairman, Interview Board reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing at the interview.
