Position: Hospital Administrator

• Number of Openings: 4
• Qualifications Required:
  • A Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Hospital Management, or MD (Hospital Administration) from a government-recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a minimum 100-bedded Government or Private Hospital.
• Monthly Compensation: Negotiable
• Upper Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Note: Qualifications obtained through distance education or online programs will not be considered.

Terms and Conditions

1. Selected candidates will be on a contractual basis with conditions similar to temporary staff. The initial appointment will be for eleven months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
2. The appointment can be terminated with one month’s notice from either party, without specifying a reason.
3. The monthly emolument is negotiable for candidates with significant experience.
4. Aside from the consolidated pay, no other allowances or facilities will be provided during the contract period.
5. Leave entitlement will follow the institutional policy for contractual staff.
6. Qualifications and experience will be considered as of the last date of the advertisement. Experience must be acquired after obtaining the minimum essential qualification.
7. Meeting the essential qualifications does not guarantee selection.
8. Candidates must not have any prior convictions.
9. In case of a dispute, legal jurisdiction will be in Guwahati.
