This program is in partnership with Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru, and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd. (NEIPL), Greater Noida. Successful candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade “O”) after completing the 1-year PGDBF course and fulfilling other eligibility criteria.

The IDBI PGDBF Admissions program is a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance program offered by IDBI Bank in collaboration with Manipal School of Banking, Bengaluru, and Nitte Education International Pvt. Ltd. (NEIPL), Greater Noida. Successful candidates will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers (Grade “O”) upon completing this 1-year course.
The selection process includes an Online Test covering various subjects, such as Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis & Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness. Candidates who qualify the online test will be called for a Personal Interview.
Upon successful completion of the 1-year PGDBF program, Junior Assistant Managers can expect a compensation (CTC) ranging from Rs. 6.14 lakh to Rs. 6.50 lakh (Class A city) upon joining. They will also receive a stipend during the training and internship periods.
