Field Supervisor (Electrical)
- Essential Qualification: Full-time regular 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering discipline from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with a minimum of 55% marks for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS/SC candidates and pass marks for ST/PwBD/ExSM. Higher technical qualifications like B.Tech./BE/M.Tech./ME, etc., with or without a Diploma, are not allowed.
- Discipline: Electrical/Electrical (Power)/Electrical and Electronics/Power Systems Engineering/Power Engineering (Electrical)
- Field Experience: Candidates should have one-year post-qualification experience in construction, testing & commissioning, O&M of electrical works in rural electrification (RE), distribution management system (DMS), sub-transmission (ST), transmission lines (TLs), substations (S/S), etc. Experience in PSU/Listed company, particularly in the power sector, shall be preferred.
Field Supervisor (Civil)

Selection Process:
The selection process for these positions involves a thorough scrutiny of applications concerning eligibility criteria and the desired experience profile. Candidates found eligible after scrutiny will proceed to a Written Test. The scheme of the test is as follows:
- The test is of 1-hour duration.
- It comprises two sections with a specific number of questions:
- Technical Knowledge Test: 50 questions based on the Diploma syllabus in the relevant discipline.
- Aptitude Test: 25 questions based on logical reasoning, data interpretation, comprehension, vocabulary, data sufficiency, and numerical ability.
- All questions are multiple-choice with no negative marking.
- The qualifying marks are a minimum of 40% for Unreserved candidates, including EWS, and 30% for reserved vacancies.
- Candidates have the option to appear for the Written Test in Hindi or English.
- The Written Test/Computer-Based Test centers are Guwahati & Itanagar.
