The selection process involves a two-stage assessment comprising a Written Examination and an Interview/Personality Test. The written examination carries 85 marks, while the interview/personality test holds 15 marks.
The syllabus includes subjects such as English, GK & Current Affairs, and Job-Oriented topics, covering fundamental aspects of computer science, programming languages, internet technology, database management, and multimedia.

The recruitment fee is Rs. 200/- for General candidates and Rs. 150/- for ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped candidates.
In case of candidates securing equal marks, their merit position is determined based on their age seniority. If age and marks are also equal, percentage of marks obtained in the minimum educational qualification is considered.
