Eligibility Criteria:

Instructor, Cutting & Tailoring

• Number of Vacant Posts: 2
• Educational Qualification: HSSLC passed
• Essential Qualification: Diploma in cutting & tailoring from a recognized institution.
• Reservation: UR-1, OBC/MOBC-1

Instructor, Craft

• Number of Vacant Posts: 3
• Educational Qualification: HSSLC passed
• Essential Qualification: Diploma in Carpentry from ITI is a must for the post.
• Reservation: UR-2, OBC/MOBC-1

Reservation:

Reservation for women is as per existing Govt. guidelines.

Remuneration:

• Pay band 2, Rs. 14,000-65,000/-
• Grade Pay of Rs. 6200/-p.m.

Age:

• The candidate should not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as of 01.01.2023.
• The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST/SC candidates and is relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
• The upper age limit for persons with disabilities is relaxable by 10 years (irrespective of caste).
• The upper age limit for ex-servicemen is relaxable by 2 years.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of two phases:

Phase-I

1. An OMR-based objective typewritten test, which includes General Awareness and a Proficiency Test (skill test). The total marks for this phase are 100.

Phase-II

1. Skill Test, which carries 30 marks. Candidates will be called for the skill test in a 1:4 ratio based on their performance in the written test.

No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the OMR based Objective Type Written Test and Skill Test.
