i. Selection Process:
a. Shortlisting will be based on the information/declaration provided by candidates during online application submission. False declarations will result in disqualification from the interview, with no TA reimbursement.
b. Shortlisting will consider criteria/experience mentioned in Table-1 along with Table-2. Weightage is assigned for % of marks in essential and desired qualifications, experience, additional experience, and specific sectors. Extra weightage for Mining, Metallurgical, Chemical, Power, Manufacturing/Production sectors.
c. Eligible candidates will be invited in a 1:10 ratio, post and category wise. In case of tied scores that exceed the ratio, all such candidates will be interviewed.
d. Assessment via Group Discussion (25%) and Personal Interview (75%).
e. Candidates will be selected based on performance, organizational needs, and vacancies.
f. Meeting specifications doesn’t guarantee selection. Minimum eligibility standards can be raised by management to limit candidates.
ii. Medical Fitness:
Candidates must be medically fit, determined by Company Medical Officer/Board or approved Government Hospital/Medical Board.
iii. Placement:
Selected candidates during probation and after absorption may be placed anywhere in NALCO establishments, including subsidiaries/joint ventures/business associates, per organizational needs. Roles may relate to area and include shift work.
05. Application Fee:

06. Reservation & Relaxation:
SC/ST candidates get 1-year experience relaxation if seats are available.
Reservations/relaxations as per Govt. guidelines for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD candidates. PwBD candidates need valid disability certificate.
Appointment depends on duties, location, and health for PwBD candidates.
SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD category can’t be changed. Certificates need to be submitted during interview.
If SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/EWS/PwBD certificate isn’t in English/Hindi, a translated self-attested copy is needed.
OBC “Creamy Layer” candidates are Unreserved (UR). OBC(NCL) candidates require the current year’s certificate.
EWS candidates need Income and Assets Certificate for FY 2023-24.
Age relaxations as per guidelines, upper age not exceeding 56 years.
