The selection process includes:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be called for a Computer-Based Test. The CBT will encompass objective questions, with some subjective elements for certain positions like Law Officers and Law Officers- HR. It consists of two parts:
• General Aptitude: Evaluates English Language proficiency, Quantitative Aptitude, and Intellectual Potential (Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation).
• Technical / Professional Knowledge: Focuses on questions related to the qualifying degree or educational background required for the applied position.
• Group Task and Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying in the Computer-Based Test will be shortlisted based on merit and a predetermined ratio for the Group Task and/or Personal Interview stage.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates may be requested to upload supporting documents for specific positions.
• Final Merit List: Based on scrutiny of applications, uploaded documents, and merit lists from the Computer-Based Test, candidates who have excelled in all applicable stages will be placed on a category & discipline-wise merit list.

It is important to secure minimum qualifying marks at each stage (Computer-Based Test, Group Task, and Personal Interview) to advance further in the selection process. The final selection involves a combination of Computer-Based Test, Group Task, Moot Court (for Law Officers and Law Officers- HR), Personal and/or Technical Interviews, Work Experience (where applicable), and the offer of appointment.
