Position Details:
- Position: Tradesman Mate (Group “C” Non-Gazetted, Industrial)
- Pay Band: Level 1 as per Seventh CPC (Pay Scale: ₹18,000 – ₹56,900)

Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for the position of Tradesman Mate, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 18 to 25 years as of the crucial date.
- Educational Qualifications: 10th standard pass from a recognized Board/Institution and a Certificate from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the relevant trade.
- Eligibility for PwBDs: Candidates with benchmark disabilities as per specified categories are eligible to apply.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the Tradesman Mate position consists of the following stages:
- Screening of Applications: Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit, up to the ratio of 1:25 to the number of vacancies. Merely fulfilling the basic selection criteria does not guarantee selection for the written test.
- Written Examination: Shortlisted candidates will appear for a written examination. The examination will consist of objective-type questions covering General Intelligence and Reasoning, General English & Comprehension, Numerical Aptitude/Quantitative Ability, and General Awareness.
- Resolution of Tie: In case of a tie in aggregate marks, the candidate with the older date of birth will be given preference.
- Document Verification: Provisionally selected candidates will undergo document verification to verify age, education, identity, category, and other relevant documents.
