Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age as of 10th November 2023. There is a relaxation of 5 years for ST/SC/PWDs(PH) candidates and Government Servants, but the relaxation is not cumulative.
Examination Stages
The recruitment process consists of three stages:
- Preliminary Examination: This is a screening test that includes multiple-choice questions on General Studies and Arithmetic. The duration is one hour and thirty minutes. Only a limited number of candidates, up to five times the total posts in each category, will be selected based on the preliminary examination’s results.
- Main Examination: The main examination comprises two papers, one on English and the other on General Studies and Arithmetic. Each paper is for 100 marks with a time limit of 2 hours and 30 minutes for each. To be eligible for the Personality Test, candidates must appear for both papers.
- Personality Test: Candidates will be called for the Personality Test based on their performance in the Main Examination. The final selection will be made based on the aggregate marks from the Main Examination and the Personality Test.

- ST/SC/BPL card holders/Physically Handicapped Candidates: Rs. 250/-
Please note that the recruitment fee is non-refundable. If you submit multiple applications, only the one with the latest Receipt Number will be considered.
Additional Information
- You don’t need to upload or submit any certificates/documents with your application regarding Age, Educational Qualifications, or other categories. However, you must possess the prescribed minimum qualifications by the closing date for application submission.
- The Examination venue will be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled commencement, and no candidate will be allowed to enter after that.
